Several Phone Flings also have fully voiced phone calls. The calls start out like a normal Phone Fling, with text messages leading up to a request to call you. The request is followed by a pause, and after the cooldown, an "incoming call" screen appears. You have to answer before the call can start, but like the text message Phone Flings, you can do so at your leisure.

To hear the caller's voice, make sure you have your ingame settings for Phonecall Volume turned up. Even if you cannot hear the caller, the transcript appears on your phone screen as the audio plays. The transcript appearance is identical to the text messages in a normal Phone Fling, with the exception that there is no visual indicator to show a message is about to arrive.

Instead of a count-down timer between messages, there is a count-up timer to track the minutes you spend on the call. Pauses between voiced messages are just long enough for the audio file associated with the message to play. If a new message shows up before the previous audio is finished, the previous audio is cut off (this can happen if you are too quick to reply, for instance). Your replies are not voiced, and the count-up timer continues while you decide on a response. However, the timer resets to zero if you close the call and come back to it.
