Suzu

Suzu is a DLC girl in Crush Crush, obtainable via her bundle in the Store. She is the fortieth (40th) addition to the main list.

You first meet Suzu when you accidentally destroy a statue she's supposed to be guarding.

Personality

Suzu is a skittish and gentle kitsune guardian spirit. She tries to be commanding and punish the player, but her shy nature gets in the way. She is known to have tea with the Moon - who she admires, and plays games with Cocoree spirits. She enjoys smiling, cleaning, cooking, napping, learning, and headpats. She even tries her hand at poetry. She likes pampering you with cuddles. She is naïve to some things, like household appliances and modern stationery, yet finds use of them.

Artbook

Suzu is a gentle fox spirit, also known as a kitsune. She’s very disappointed when you accidentally damage a priceless ancient artifact while visiting her forest shrine, and her first impression is that you’re awfully scary and intimidating. Oops! Luckily, you’re able to make it up to her by demonstrating your ability to be endlessly patient and kind.

Once Suzu grows comfortable with you, her sweet, friendly, eager-to-please personality really begins to shine. Even though she’s from the spirit world, she yearns to become a true domestic companion to you, her human lover, and she does her best to fill that role - even if she doesn’t quite understand things like household appliances or what it actually means to "date" someone. Seriously, what do calendars have to do with spending a lot of time cuddling and kissing and being with the person you love?^[1]

One day during the Obon festival, while exploring the ancient Inari Shrines, you come across a pair of beautiful fox statues. You reach out to gently touch them, but forget your hands are covered in butter and...

A magical spirit appears before your eyes. "Oh, umm..." she says in a small voice, "Please - please don't destroy my shrine. Or else I'll... Well, you won't like it. I promise."
You step forward to apologize, but she lets out a little 'eek!' and disappears. A quick internet search says she appears to be a kitsune - a friendly forest fox spirit. You'll have to do some good to make it up to her...

Trivia

Suzu is just one year older than Ayeka and Eva (who are the youngest in the game, both 18), with Cassie, Quill, Catara, and Charlotte being the same age (19).
She is the fourth DLC bundle available to purchase in the game using real money (the first three are Darya, Charlotte, and Catara).
- In her bundle, Suzu's height is given as 5'3" (about 160 cm).
Her blood type (Be Positive!) is a counterpoint to Charlotte's B- blood type, with either girl's blood type matching her disposition.
She makes references to two Studio Ghibli films. The one where she is sleepy refers to My Neighbor Totoro, while her wanting to vacation at a bath house is a reference to Spirited Away.
