Lilianna

Lilianna is one of two supporting antagonists in Hush Hush, alongside Harris. She serves as the fixer of the Subrosa Drug Cartel that Cassie is in, and thus serves as the main antagonist of her route.

She bears a striking resemblance to Nova, whom she shares her voice actor with, from Crush Crush, but the two are not related in any way.

Interactions

Interaction 1

If the player chooses to visit the Park on the evening of the 3rd of July, they will encounter Lilianna playing basketball with Kelby. She is noticeably frustrated from constantly losing to Kelby. The player can choose to deescalate the situation or escalate it; doing the former will allow the player to gain 1 Motivation point. This encounter is entirely optional.

Interaction 2

Although not explicitly pictured, Lilianna appears on the beach after Mio's second date on the afternoon of July 9. She will call over a killer (presumably Harris) to the player, after which she shortly disappears. The player will be killed if they do not run or do anything to defend themselves. This is the earliest time in the game in which the player can be killed.

Interaction 3

Lilianna makes her first major appearance in the game during Cassie's second date on the evening of July 9th, shortly after Cassie and the player exit the coffee shop. Just as the two are about to break into the shop, she suddenly appears and pulls Cassie aside to talk about something gang-related, much to Cassie's chagrin. If the player eavesdrops on their conversation, they will uncover Cassie's second secret and the fact that she is in a gang.

Interaction 4

Lilianna will appear during Elle's third date on the evening of July 20th, this time to warn the player that Subrosa's gang is now keeping tabs on them, and that they risk murder if they do not leave Subrosa. Regardless of how the player responds, nothing out of the ordinary will occur.

Interaction 5

During the final Lotus Lesson on the afternoon of July 23rd, Dmitri and the player will help Lotus flirt with Lilianna. If the player manages to choose the right options without upsetting Lilianna, they will gain 1 to 3 points for every trait, depending on what they chose. If the player gets the perfect score, Lilianna will indirectly reveal her gang affiliation to Lotus.

Interaction 6

On the evening of July 23rd, during Cassie's fourth date, the player will infiltrate Cassie's gang by attempting to join. Lilianna is secretly aware that the player has teamed up with detective Fumi, and will put the player through a series of dubious trials, such as fighting an underage gang member and injecting him with a drug, to test the player's morality. If the player passes through all of these ordeals, whether by fighting clean or playing dirty, they will join the gang's ranks. However, if the player fails or refuses to do any of the tasks, she will reveal her knowledge about the player's involvement with the police, and after discovering Cassie's involvement as an informant, will order Cassie killed before disposing both her and the unconscious player in a downtown alleyway.

Interaction 7

During Iro's final date on July 28th, if the player fails to keep Iro from riding off on her motorcycle Lilianna will appear and lend the player her motorcycle to catch up to Iro, but not before telling them that she tampered with Iro's motorcycle's braking system, which results in Iro to crash and fatally impale herself on a branch up on Rose Mountain.

Interaction 8

This interaction occurs after Cassie's final date on July 30, when the player drives over to the gang's warehouse to settle Cassie's debt. The player has three choices when speaking with her:

1. The player offers to pay Cassie's debt. If the player tells Lilianna the amount Cassie owes (requires Cassie's final secret or level 5 hacking), she will unfairly double the amount Cassie owes, and will order Cassie killed downtown if the player cannot pay or hack this amount.
2. The player threatens to take down the entire gang singlehandedly. If Officer Fumi was called beforehand, the entire gang will be arrested within seconds by the police. If the player has enough Violence, they will kill all of the members of the gang (though Lilianna will escape if the player found 24 of the Destined Maidens' secrets) themselves. If neither of the two options were chosen beforehand, Lilianna, believing that the player is bluffing, will instead shoot the player dead, resulting in the "No Such Thing as Plot Armor" game over.
3. The player asks Lilianna where Dorian, the gang's boss, is hiding following their previous encounter with him. If the player has knowledge of 24 of the Destined girls' secrets, they will be able to refer to him by name, shocking Lilianna. Regardless, she will reveal that Dorian is hiding at the Subrosa Landmark Building.

Endgame Interaction

This interaction only occurs at the Subrosa landmark building if Lilianna gives knowledge of Dorian's location to the player during their previous encounter, or if the player has knowledge of all 25 of their Destined girls' secrets. If the player survives all of Dorian's tests as well as Dorian himself and chooses to push him down an empty elevator shaft in a hidden area of the building, Lilianna will enter the office, only to find the player in Dorian's seat, holding the gun Dorian used to kill the nine previous chosen ones. After discovering that the player killed Dorian, Lilianna will ask to be the player's second-in-command. The player can either choose to accept or shoot Lilianna dead; either choice leads to the "Super Big Bad" game over regardless.

Personality

Like all the other members of Subrosa's drug cartel, Lilianna sports a fierce, hard, and cunning exterior, and is willing to kill if pushed to her limits or just to prove a point. However, on the inside, she is shown to have a soft side and stronger morals than most of her fellow companions. It is presumed, especially during her encounter with Lotus, that like Cassie, Lilianna unwillingly joined Subrosa's gang for unspecified reasons.

• Lilianna shares her voice actor, Katelyn Barr, with Claudia and Nova from Crush Crush as well as the female protagonist from Cabin Fever.
• She has the most encounters with the player of any antagonist in the game (not counting Peanut DLC interactions), with a total of 9 (including optional encounters).
